Client Success Specialist / Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:

This position is in our Catalyst Media division in Malvern, PA. The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for developing client relationships that lead to retention and loyalty. This role involves ensuring that each client has a successful experience with us and achieves their desired results.

Utilizing strong project management skills, you’ll partner with the Client Success Director, marketing and sales to execute lead generation programs that deliver strong ROI for our clients. Client Success Specialists play an important role in our company’s growth and profitability. Our success is dependent on our clients receiving high value from our services. As such, we need a capable team driving performance for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running kick-off calls, campaign reviews, and internal strategy meetings.
  • Onboarding and setting performance expectations with clients at the outset of campaigns.
  • Using internal systems to set-up campaigns, client delivery settings/API integrations, and schedule lead pacing.
  • Proactively identifying and troubleshooting campaign challenges by collaborating with the team to find creative solutions that lead to positive outcomes.
  • Responding to client questions and requests via email and over the phone.
  • Analyzing lead volume data to identify opportunities to improve monetization.
  • Soliciting tangible and qualitative client feedback and producing publishable testimonials and case studies and gather references and referrals.
  • Actively pursuing renewals, maintaining strong client retention rates and growing accounts via upsells and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Strong communicator, written and verbal, with an ability to present information and ideas with confidence, concision, clarity and assertiveness.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with an intense curiosity to understand clients’ business and desire to help them achieve their goals.
  • Organized, process-oriented person capable of working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to ensure client satisfaction.
  • High capacity project manager capable of successfully managing many clients, overseeing their campaigns and prioritizing competing tasks.
  • Analytical mind-set and strong Excel skills with an ability to derive insights from data.

Good Fits & Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, psychology, or related area a plus.
  • Business acumen with an understanding and passion for B2B marketing, technology, and demand generation a plus.
