In this role you’ll sell to a national market that allows you to earn meaningful commissions in addition to a base salary. We provide all your leads and the sales opportunities in this market are extensive.

We seek an Inside Sales Rep who enjoys closing on new business for our Malvern, PA office. Enjoy working with fun and creative products that are a necessity for virtually all companies. Companies in every state of the U.S. buy our products to promote their business and reward their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Prospect for new business and close on new accounts. This is not cold calling. Leads are provided.
  • Achieve key performance indicators such as number of daily and weekly outbound calls, and pipeline volume.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Work with existing customers on generating additional business through networking and referrals.


  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to prospect and sell extensively over the phone. There may be a small amount of local travel to visit prospects and clients.
  • Prior b2b experience selling to new accounts is preferred.
  • An outgoing personality and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong internal motivation and drive for success.
